Federal Prison System

It is my belief that sentencing is of utmost importance, and must come under federal guidelines.

I am not in favor of big government or government overreach… but this is one of those areas that must come under federal control.

We have way too many rouge judges just throwing out sentences willy nilly, either way to harsh, or way to lenient  and very few are fair, and sensible.

The bible gives us a perfect example of the perfect sentence with the eye for an eye example… we cannot use the exact formula today, but the point is made… make it a fair sentence.

In Denmark the maximum sentence even for murder is 21 years… however they will not be released until it can be proven beyond all shadow of a doubt they have been rehabilitated.

And in the same way release should be evidenced by the level of rehabilitation…

Sober / drug free

Healthy both physically and mentally as possible.

Trained in a skill in which they can earn a proper living.
