“A Place Called Alone!”

There is definitely a place called all alone,
A place where the deer and buffalo don’t roam.
It seems like there’s silence in a crowd,
Although people are actually talking out loud.

There is definitely a place called all alone,
Where pain and guilt says that you don’t belong.
It will cause you to shut others out.
And even fills your mind with much doubt.

There is definitely a place called all alone,
Where you find yourself lonely at home.
People not taking the time to check on you,
While you’re sad, discouraged and very blue.

There is definitely a place called all alone,
Where you find yourself not very strong.
It makes you feel that no one does care,
Because when you need them, no one is there.

It’s a state of mind orchestrated by the enemy,
And never a place where Jesus wants you to be,
You don’t ever have to sing that same ole song,
Because, with Jesus as lord, you’re not alone.
